1. Navigation that works like a shopper’s mind. It’s just friggin’ super-intuitive.

2. Photography.  Use a professional photographer for product shots. Do it. Don’t skimp here.

3. Compress the shopping experience to speed cart creation - for example look on any category page; you can select views of products in different colors by rolling over the small color thumbnails in each product preview - no need to go all the way to the product page.

4. Lots of “Now Available” in their blog / news section to keep things fresh and updated.
